Apr\u00e8s Douala, Yaound\u00e9 et le Sud, les contr\u00f4les s\u2019\u00e9tendent d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 l\u2019Est, au Nord et \u00e0 l\u2019Extr\u00eame-Nord. Le r\u00e9gulateur scrute la couverture des axes routiers, la desserte des localit\u00e9s et la qualit\u00e9 des services voix, data et SMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Des obligations souvent ignor\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les conventions de concession 2G\/3G\/4G imposent une couverture minimale de 75 % de la population et des services disponibles 24h\/24. Mais entre \u00e9quipements v\u00e9tustes, brouillages et d\u00e9ficit \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, les engagements peinent \u00e0 \u00eatre respect\u00e9s. CAMTEL, gestionnaire du backbone national, cumule \u00e0 lui seul une moyenne inqui\u00e9tante de <strong>100 coupures de fibre par mois<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sanctions et audits renforc\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s des mises en demeure d\u00e8s 2024, l\u2019ART a inflig\u00e9 des sanctions cibl\u00e9es en juillet 2025. Parall\u00e8lement, des audits strat\u00e9giques r\u00e9v\u00e8lent l\u2019\u00e9tat pr\u00e9occupant de la fibre nationale : sections endommag\u00e9es, maintenance insuffisante, v\u00e9tust\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e. Une seconde phase d\u2019audit sur plus de 100 tron\u00e7ons est en cours, avec \u00e0 la cl\u00e9 de possibles recommandations d\u2019investissements lourds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vers une connectivit\u00e9 plus \u00e9quitable<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 des sanctions, l\u2019ART entend replacer les usagers au c\u0153ur du dispositif.
