Pendant ce temps, des artisans comme Ndjeyick Pouh\u00e8 Joseph, inventeur d\u2019un vin unique de banane-plantain, survivent sans aucun soutien. Derri\u00e8re les paillettes et la communication minist\u00e9rielle, c\u2019est une fili\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique qui s\u2019enfonce dans l\u2019opacit\u00e9, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>le favoritisme et l\u2019inaction du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Agriculture. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quand ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derri\u00e8re les discours officiels, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est brutale. En f\u00e9vrier 2025, le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat vantait le parcours de Samuel Tony Obam Bikou\u00e9 comme un exemple \u00e0 suivre. Mais dans les coulisses, les rapports administratifs d\u00e9crivent un d\u00e9sastre : infrastructures fant\u00f4mes, d\u00e9l\u00e9gations \u00e9trang\u00e8res humili\u00e9es, centaines de millions de FCFA engloutis sans r\u00e9sultat. Malgr\u00e9 ces alertes, le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Agriculture reste de marbre. Pas d\u2019audit. Pas de contr\u00f4le. Pas m\u00eame une sanction. En prime une 4<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9dition avec l\u2019argent du contribuable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le contraste est saisissant avec Ndjeyick Pouh\u00e8 Joseph, pionnier d\u2019un vin artisanal de banane-plantain qu\u2019il d\u00e9veloppe depuis plus de vingt ans. Montant r\u00e9clam\u00e9 pour se professionnaliser : 1,5 million FCFA. Une somme d\u00e9risoire compar\u00e9e aux subventions astronomiques accord\u00e9es au festival d\u2019Obam Bikou\u00e9. Mais cet artisan, malgr\u00e9 ses efforts et ses formations, se heurte \u00e0 l\u2019indiff\u00e9rence totale des autorit\u00e9s. R\u00e9sultat : il s\u2019autofinance, travaille seul, et refuse d\u00e9sormais les foires et salons o\u00f9 son savoir-faire est instrumentalis\u00e9 sans aucun retour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce double visage illustre un mal plus profond : l\u2019argent public sert de vitrine politique plut\u00f4t que d\u2019outil de d\u00e9veloppement. La fili\u00e8re banane-plantain, pourtant strat\u00e9gique pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et l\u2019exportation, est confisqu\u00e9e par des logiques client\u00e9listes. L\u2019inaction du Minader ne fragilise pas seulement les producteurs ; elle entame la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat et d\u00e9tourne les investisseurs.
