Ce projet de 530 milliards FCFA vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire une d\u00e9pendance aux importations estim\u00e9e \u00e0 plus de 95 %, produire localement des milliards de doses chaque ann\u00e9e et positionner le Cameroun <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"445\" src=\"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Industrie-pharmaceutique-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12433\" style=\"width:619px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Industrie-pharmaceutique-2.png 800w, https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Industrie-pharmaceutique-2-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Industrie-pharmaceutique-2-768x427.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>comme hub pharmaceutique de la CEMAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un projet strat\u00e9gique pour la souverainet\u00e9 sanitaire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, le Cameroun importe plus de 95 % des m\u00e9dicaments consomm\u00e9s, avec une facture pharmaceutique qui a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 <strong>169 milliards FCFA en 2024<\/strong>. Le futur complexe de Meyo entend changer la donne en produisant localement des volumes industriels destin\u00e9s au march\u00e9 national et r\u00e9gional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des capacit\u00e9s de production colossales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re phase du projet, financ\u00e9e \u00e0 hauteur de <strong>10 milliards FCFA<\/strong> sans recours \u00e0 l\u2019endettement bancaire, sera op\u00e9rationnelle d\u00e8s <strong>janvier 2027<\/strong>. Elle pr\u00e9voit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>100 millions de flacons<\/strong> par an,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 milliards d\u2019ampoules injectables<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>10 milliards de comprim\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces volumes permettront de couvrir une part significative des besoins locaux et d\u2019approvisionner l\u2019ensemble de la sous-r\u00e9gion CEMAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un complexe int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et innovant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet ne se limite pas \u00e0 la production. Il inclut \u00e9galement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un <strong>complexe hospitalier de pointe<\/strong>, combinant soins et formation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un <strong>p\u00f4le de recherche et d\u2019innovation clinique<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un <strong>r\u00e9seau logistique norm\u00e9<\/strong>, avec des infrastructures adapt\u00e9es pour la distribution dans toute la CEMAC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Retomb\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques et sociales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices attendus d\u00e9passent le secteur pharmaceutique :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>3 000 emplois directs qualifi\u00e9s<\/strong> dans la chimie, la sant\u00e9, la logistique et l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une r\u00e9duction substantielle du <strong>d\u00e9ficit commercial li\u00e9 aux importations de m\u00e9dicaments<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un renforcement de l\u2019<strong>attractivit\u00e9 industrielle<\/strong> du Cameroun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les promoteurs garantissent aussi la conformit\u00e9 aux standards internationaux : <strong>Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF)<\/strong>, <strong>ISO 9001<\/strong> et <strong>ISO 13485<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un levier d\u2019int\u00e9gration r\u00e9gionale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En misant sur l\u2019<strong>import-substitution<\/strong> et la <strong>production locale \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle<\/strong>, le projet ambitionne de faire du Cameroun un p\u00f4le pharmaceutique r\u00e9gional. \u00c0 terme, il pourrait s\u00e9curiser l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins pour des millions de patients en Afrique centrale et contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019industrialisation de la sous-r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D\u2019ici 2035, Meyo, au sud de Yaound\u00e9, accueillera un complexe pharmaceutique int\u00e9gr\u00e9 port\u00e9 par Yicheng Pharmaceutical Group.
