Une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 pour le groupe et pour la Bourse des Valeurs Mobili\u00e8res de l\u2019Afrique Centrale (BVMAC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le bras de fer judiciaire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"445\" src=\"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Bgfi.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12449\" style=\"width:597px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Bgfi.png 800w, https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Bgfi-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Bgfi-768x427.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En juillet 2025, <strong>Christian Kerangal<\/strong>, d\u00e9tenteur d\u2019environ 13\u202f% du capital de BGFI, contestait le d\u00e9pouillement de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale relative \u00e0 l\u2019introduction en bourse (IPO). Selon lui, certaines voix n\u2019auraient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 correctement comptabilis\u00e9es, ce qui aurait pu bloquer l\u2019op\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>19 septembre 2025<\/strong>, le tribunal de commerce de Libreville a rendu sa d\u00e9cision : le recours est rejet\u00e9. BGFI peut poursuivre son processus d\u2019introduction sur la BVMAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Une \u00e9tape strat\u00e9gique pour BGFI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019introduction en bourse s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du plan <strong>\u00ab Dynamique 2025 \u00bb<\/strong> du groupe. Le calendrier pr\u00e9voit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Augmentation de capital<\/strong> : 15,7 milliards FCFA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fonds propres totaux<\/strong> : plus de 157 milliards FCFA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette op\u00e9ration vise \u00e0 renforcer la <strong>r\u00e9silience financi\u00e8re<\/strong> du groupe et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 financer des <strong>projets structurants dans la sous-r\u00e9gion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Impact sur la BVMAC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la BVMAC, cette IPO est un <strong>moment charni\u00e8re<\/strong>. La place r\u00e9gionale, en qu\u00eate de liquidit\u00e9 et de profondeur, gagnerait un acteur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab L\u2019arriv\u00e9e de BGFI envoie un signal fort : institution solide, conforme aux standards de gouvernance et pr\u00eate \u00e0 mobiliser l\u2019\u00e9pargne locale et internationale. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9ussite de l\u2019op\u00e9ration pourrait \u00e9galement <strong>inciter d\u2019autres grandes entreprises r\u00e9gionales<\/strong> \u00e0 franchir le pas et dynamiser le march\u00e9 financier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Une nouvelle \u00e8re de confiance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 du succ\u00e8s de BGFI, c\u2019est la <strong>construction d\u2019un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me financier robuste<\/strong> qui se joue.
