Les fonds viseront les <strong>investissements prioritaires<\/strong> du plan de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du pr\u00e9sident Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Des secteurs strat\u00e9giques cibl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les fonds permettront de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transformer localement le <strong>mangan\u00e8se<\/strong> et autres ressources naturelles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moderniser le <strong>r\u00e9seau ferroviaire<\/strong> et les <strong>infrastructures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construire <strong>trois centrales \u00e9lectriques<\/strong> \u00e0 Libreville, Port-Gentil et Lambar\u00e9n\u00e9 (<strong>130 milliards FCFA<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9velopper <strong>zones industrielles et fili\u00e8res agricoles<\/strong> pour stimuler l\u2019emploi et l\u2019autosuffisance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces investissements s\u2019inscrivent dans une <strong>logique de diversification productive<\/strong>, visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance aux importations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Une ambition r\u00e9gionale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Gabon se positionne comme <strong>mod\u00e8le africain<\/strong> pour la mobilisation de financements internationaux \u00e0 impact \u00e9conomique et social.
