{"id":12554,"date":"2026-01-26T11:40:24","date_gmt":"2026-01-26T10:40:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/?p=12554"},"modified":"2026-01-26T11:40:26","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T10:40:26","slug":"ipo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/?p=12554","title":{"rendered":"IPO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RENAPROV Finance S.A. ouvre 44,44 % de son capital au public<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>L\u2019\u00e9tablissement de microfinance <strong>RENAPROV Finance S.A.<\/strong> a lanc\u00e9 une <strong>introduction en Bourse (IPO)<\/strong> sur le march\u00e9 primaire de la <strong>Bourse des valeurs mobili\u00e8res de l\u2019Afrique centrale (BVMAC)<\/strong>, en vue de lever <strong>8,4 milliards de FCFA<\/strong> par appel public \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9pargne.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12556\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ouverte depuis le <strong>15 d\u00e9cembre 2025<\/strong>, l\u2019op\u00e9ration porte sur <strong>400 000 actions nouvelles<\/strong>, propos\u00e9es au prix unitaire de <strong>21 000 FCFA<\/strong>, et restera accessible aux investisseurs jusqu\u2019au <strong>25 mars 2026<\/strong>. \u00c0 travers cette lev\u00e9e de fonds, l\u2019institution entend renforcer ses fonds propres, accro\u00eetre son activit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9dit et soutenir l\u2019extension de son r\u00e9seau, notamment \u00e0 <strong>Douala<\/strong>, ainsi que dans les r\u00e9gions de <strong>l\u2019Ouest et du Nord<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Institution de microfinance de <strong>deuxi\u00e8me cat\u00e9gorie<\/strong>, RENAPROV met sur le march\u00e9 <strong>44,44 % de son capital<\/strong>. Les souscriptions sont recueillies par <strong>Bems Securities, Contraturer Capital, Fedhen Capital et Horus Investment Capital<\/strong>, sous le pilotage d\u2019<strong>Afriland Bourse &amp; Investissement<\/strong>, chef de file de l\u2019op\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9sente dans <strong>28 agences<\/strong> \u00e0 travers le pays, RENAPROVE Finance S.A. affiche un <strong>r\u00e9sultat net 2025 de 330 millions de FCFA<\/strong>, en hausse de <strong>44,9 %<\/strong>.
