Il succ\u00e8de \u00e0 <strong>Outman Roqdi<\/strong>, en fonction depuis avril 2021, et dont le mandat arrive \u00e0 son terme.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"492\" height=\"387\" src=\"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12565\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-3.png 492w, https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-3-300x236.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 492px) 100vw, 492px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expert reconnu de la finance ouest-africaine, Mohamed Simpor\u00e9 cumule plus de 25 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience bancaire. Titulaire d\u2019un master en \u00e9conomie et de deux MBA obtenus \u00e0 Paris, il a occup\u00e9 plusieurs postes de direction au sein du r\u00e9seau <strong>Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP)<\/strong>, notamment \u00e0 la Banque populaire maroco-guin\u00e9enne et \u00e0 Banque Atlantique Burkina Faso. Son parcours est marqu\u00e9 par une solide ma\u00eetrise de la gouvernance bancaire et de la gestion des risques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le nouveau DG conna\u00eet bien le march\u00e9 camerounais, o\u00f9 il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 exerc\u00e9 des responsabilit\u00e9s de haut niveau pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Un atout strat\u00e9gique pour la filiale camerounaise du groupe marocain, engag\u00e9e dans une phase d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de sa transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outman Roqdi quitte Douala pour rejoindre le si\u00e8ge du groupe BCP au Maroc, o\u00f9 il se verra confier de nouvelles responsabilit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques. Sous sa direction, la BICEC a consolid\u00e9 sa position d\u2019acteur cl\u00e9 du financement de l\u2019\u00e9conomie nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un environnement bancaire de plus en plus concurrentiel, Mohamed Simpor\u00e9 aura pour mission de renforcer les performances de la banque. \u00c0 fin septembre 2024, la BICEC d\u00e9tenait <strong>11 % de part de march\u00e9 sur les cr\u00e9dits<\/strong>, selon les donn\u00e9es de la BEAC.
