Le 22 janvier 2026, sous l\u2019\u00e9gide du Secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Pr\u00e9sidence, le Port autonome de Douala (PAD), la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Douanes et l\u2019op\u00e9rateur de scanning TransAtlantic ont \u00e9t\u00e9 convoqu\u00e9s pour mettre en \u0153uvre les orientations pr\u00e9sidentielles sur le contr\u00f4le des marchandises.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12582\" style=\"width:355px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des directives fermes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transmises pour garantir le respect imm\u00e9diat des instructions pr\u00e9sidentielles, suivies d\u2019une s\u00e9ance technique tripartite visant \u00e0 fluidifier les op\u00e9rations et satisfaire les clients du port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le scanning n\u2019est pas qu\u2019un outil technique : c\u2019est un instrument de <strong>souverainet\u00e9 nationale<\/strong>. Dans un contexte o\u00f9 les ports sont des points n\u00e9vralgiques de contr\u00f4le \u00e9conomique et s\u00e9curitaire, ma\u00eetriser l\u2019entr\u00e9e des marchandises signifie pouvoir voir, contr\u00f4ler et d\u00e9cider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis 2017, le Cameroun a engag\u00e9 un vaste programme pour aligner le port sur les standards internationaux de s\u00fbret\u00e9 (code ISPS), avec vid\u00e9osurveillance, contr\u00f4le des acc\u00e8s et renforcement des capacit\u00e9s technologiques. Mais la faille persistait : le <strong>contr\u00f4le non intrusif des marchandises<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00c9tat ne ma\u00eetrisait ni totalement les images ni les donn\u00e9es strat\u00e9giques sur les flux entrants, situation incompatible avec la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale et la protection des recettes publiques.
