{"id":12602,"date":"2026-01-26T12:48:16","date_gmt":"2026-01-26T11:48:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/?p=12602"},"modified":"2026-01-26T13:07:28","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T12:07:28","slug":"endettement-domestique-jusquou-la-cemac-peut-elle-aller","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/?p=12602","title":{"rendered":"Endettement domestique : Jusqu\u2019o\u00f9 la Cemac peut-elle aller ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00c9tats de la Cemac pr\u00e9voient de lever pr\u00e8s de 7\u202fmilliards de dollars sur le march\u00e9 r\u00e9gional des titres publics en 2026, confirmant le r\u00f4le central de l\u2019endettement domestique dans le financement des budgets et projets de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Cameroun domine ces \u00e9missions avec 1\u202f165\u202fmilliards de FCFA, suivi du Gabon (plus de 1\u202f000\u202fmilliards), tandis que le Congo, le Tchad, la Guin\u00e9e \u00e9quatoriale et la RCA adoptent des strat\u00e9gies vari\u00e9es, privil\u00e9giant court terme ou structuration progressive.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-12.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12604\" style=\"width:275px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette dynamique se d\u00e9ploie dans un contexte mon\u00e9taire plus strict\u202f: fin 2025, la BEAC a relev\u00e9 ses taux directeurs pour prot\u00e9ger ses r\u00e9serves, rench\u00e9rissant le co\u00fbt du financement et intensifiant la concurrence sur un march\u00e9 aux capacit\u00e9s limit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au premier trimestre 2026, plus de 1\u202f000\u202fmilliards de FCFA devraient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre lev\u00e9s, avec des rendements pouvant atteindre 7,5\u202f% au Gabon. Si cette strat\u00e9gie soutient l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e0 court terme, elle accentue les vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la soutenabilit\u00e9 et au refinancement futur de la dette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Face \u00e0 ces enjeux, la BEAC insiste sur la coordination des politiques \u00e9conomiques, la gestion prudente de la dette et la diversification \u00e9conomique.
