Les deux \u00c9tats misent sur le partage de technologies de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration assist\u00e9e et sur l\u2019exploitation crois\u00e9e des donn\u00e9es g\u00e9ologiques afin de ralentir le d\u00e9clin de leur production. \u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoute un volet gazier strat\u00e9gique, l\u2019Angola disposant d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience avanc\u00e9e dans la mon\u00e9tisation du gaz naturel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019aspect technique, l\u2019accord traduit une volont\u00e9 de renforcer le pouvoir de n\u00e9gociation r\u00e9gional. En harmonisant progressivement leurs pratiques contractuelles et op\u00e9rationnelles, le Gabon et l\u2019Angola cherchent \u00e0 s\u00e9curiser les investissements \u00e9trangers dans un environnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique devenu tr\u00e8s concurrentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette coop\u00e9ration ouvre des perspectives sur les infrastructures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, le raffinage et le gaz. Si les engagements annonc\u00e9s se traduisent rapidement en projets concrets, le tandem Gabon\u2013Angola pourrait devenir un nouveau p\u00f4le d\u2019influence \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique en Afrique centrale.
