En mission \u00e0 N\u2019Djam\u00e9na jusqu\u2019au 15 mai 2026, les experts de l\u2019institution \u00e9valuent la discipline budg\u00e9taire, la gestion de la dette et l\u2019avancement des r\u00e9formes structurelles. Derri\u00e8re cette revue technique se joue l\u2019acc\u00e8s futur aux financements ext\u00e9rieurs et la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 du pays aupr\u00e8s des investisseurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les discussions engag\u00e9es avec le ministre des Finances, Tahir Hamid Nguilin, portent sur les fondamentaux les plus sensibles : mobilisation des recettes domestiques, soutenabilit\u00e9 de la dette publique, qualit\u00e9 des d\u00e9penses et gouvernance financi\u00e8re. Le FMI surveille particuli\u00e8rement la capacit\u00e9 du Tchad \u00e0 r\u00e9duire sa d\u00e9pendance p\u00e9troli\u00e8re dans un environnement marqu\u00e9 par la volatilit\u00e9 des cours et les tensions s\u00e9curitaires r\u00e9gionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les march\u00e9s, cette revue constitue un indicateur avanc\u00e9 du risque souverain tchadien. Une validation positive renforcerait la confiance des bailleurs et s\u00e9curiserait les d\u00e9caissements futurs. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, des retards dans les r\u00e9formes pourraient fragiliser l\u2019\u00e9quilibre macro\u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les investisseurs devront suivre avec attention les conclusions de la mission.
