Avec 45,3 milliards FCFA lev\u00e9s et une premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e sur une hausse de 2,5 %, l\u2019op\u00e9ration confirme le retour de l\u2019app\u00e9tit des investisseurs pour les actifs bancaires r\u00e9gionaux.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019entr\u00e9e de BGFI Holding Corporation \u00e0 la cote de la Bourse des Valeurs Mobili\u00e8res de l\u2019Afrique Centrale constitue l\u2019une des op\u00e9rations les plus structurantes de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 r\u00e9gional. L\u2019enregistrement de 566 561 actions sur le compartiment A-Premium, valoris\u00e9es \u00e0 plus de 45 milliards FCFA, renforce imm\u00e9diatement la profondeur et la capitalisation de la place financi\u00e8re sous-r\u00e9gionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le march\u00e9 a envoy\u00e9 un signal positif d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance. Les 607 actions \u00e9chang\u00e9es \u00e0 82 000 FCFA traduisent une prime de confiance accord\u00e9e au premier groupe bancaire de la CEMAC. L\u2019\u00e9largissement spectaculaire de l\u2019actionnariat \u2014 de 431 \u00e0 plus de 7 600 investisseurs issus de 24 pays \u2014 illustre \u00e9galement une mont\u00e9e en puissance de l\u2019\u00e9pargne r\u00e9gionale et internationale sur les valeurs financi\u00e8res africaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019effet d\u2019annonce, cette IPO impose de nouveaux standards de gouvernance, de transparence et de discipline financi\u00e8re. Les fonds lev\u00e9s devraient soutenir l\u2019expansion strat\u00e9gique du groupe au Cameroun, en RDC, en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, en Europe et au Gabon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette cotation pourrait agir comme un catalyseur pour d\u2019autres grandes entreprises de la CEMAC encore absentes du march\u00e9 boursier.
