Cette perspective ravive l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se d\u2019un retour de pr\u00e9sence militaire am\u00e9ricaine, suspendue depuis 2019. Le signal diplomatique intervient dans un contexte s\u00e9curitaire toujours d\u00e9grad\u00e9 dans le bassin du lac Tchad.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les discussions portent sur un appui accru aux forces camerounaises, notamment en mati\u00e8re de renseignement et de capacit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles, d\u00e9j\u00e0 mobilis\u00e9es entre 2015 et 2019 dans le cadre de la mission \u00ab Talon \u00bb. Le retrait am\u00e9ricain avait concern\u00e9 plus de 200 soldats, officiellement en lien avec des pr\u00e9occupations relatives aux droits humains. Depuis, Boko Haram et ses factions poursuivent des attaques r\u00e9currentes contre civils et forces arm\u00e9es, maintenant un niveau de risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion. La reprise du dialogue strat\u00e9gique entre Yaound\u00e9 et Washington confirme une volont\u00e9 de r\u00e9ajustement tactique sans engagement militaire formalis\u00e9 \u00e0 ce stade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les investisseurs, l\u2019enjeu central reste la trajectoire du risque souverain et s\u00e9curitaire au Cameroun et dans la zone CEMAC. Une pr\u00e9sence am\u00e9ricaine, m\u00eame limit\u00e9e, pourrait am\u00e9liorer la perception de stabilit\u00e9 et soutenir les anticipations macro\u00e9conomiques. Toutefois, l\u2019absence de d\u00e9cision ferme impose la prudence. Les march\u00e9s devront surveiller l\u2019\u00e9volution des engagements s\u00e9curitaires et leur traduction budg\u00e9taire.
