Objectif central : r\u00e9duire les importations alimentaires et att\u00e9nuer la pression sur les prix dans l\u2019Ogoou\u00e9-Maritime.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ville historiquement d\u00e9pendante du p\u00e9trole offshore, Port-Gentil cherche \u00e0 r\u00e9duire son exposition aux cycles du brut. La d\u00e9pendance aux importations de prot\u00e9ines animales p\u00e8se sur la balance commerciale et les r\u00e9serves de change. La FANI, avec une capacit\u00e9 projet\u00e9e de 1 000 tonnes de volaille par mois sur l\u2019ensemble des sites, ambitionne une substitution progressive des produits import\u00e9s. Le projet s\u2019inscrit dans une logique d\u2019int\u00e9gration verticale : \u00e9levage, transformation, conditionnement et distribution. Il vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les surco\u00fbts logistiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019enclavement de la ville, facteur cl\u00e9 de l\u2019inflation locale. L\u2019enjeu macro\u00e9conomique est double : diversification productive et stabilisation des prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet constitue un catalyseur potentiel de diversification pour une \u00e9conomie gabonaise encore fortement renti\u00e8re. Toutefois, sa r\u00e9ussite d\u00e9pendra de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution industrielle et de la ma\u00eetrise des co\u00fbts logistiques. Pour les investisseurs, l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 r\u00e9side dans la th\u00e9matique agro-industrielle et la substitution aux importations, mais avec un profil de risque li\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9pendance partenariale et aux d\u00e9lais d\u2019infrastructure.
