En raison de probl\u00e8mes de gestion et de tensions de tr\u00e9sorerie, le groupe a failli faire faillite et a d\u00fb demander de l&rsquo;aide au gouvernement camerounais pour \u00e9viter la catastrophe et sauver plus de 3500 emplois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suite \u00e0 des discussions avec divers minist\u00e8res, le gouvernement a accept\u00e9 de soutenir le groupe en \u00e9change d&rsquo;un plan de restructuration. Celui-ci pr\u00e9voit notamment un changement dans la direction du groupe, l&rsquo;ouverture de son capital \u00e0 hauteur de 40%, et la recherche de nouveaux dirigeants pour ses entreprises.
