{"id":5525,"date":"2024-12-03T09:32:36","date_gmt":"2024-12-03T08:32:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/?p=5525"},"modified":"2024-12-03T09:32:36","modified_gmt":"2024-12-03T08:32:36","slug":"sante-et-agro-industrie-la-bdeac-injecte-61-milliards-fcfa-pour-des-projets-structurants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/?p=5525","title":{"rendered":"Sant\u00e9 et agro-industrie\u00a0: La BDEAC injecte 6,1 milliards FCFA pour des projets structurants."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Dans un contexte o\u00f9 le service de <a href=\"https:\/\/lettre-bourse.com\/2024\/11\/28\/n-197-du-28-novembre-2024\/\">la dette p\u00e8se lourdement sur les d\u00e9penses des pays africains \u2014 avec une estimation de 89,4 milliards de dollars pr\u00e9vue pour 2024 selon un rapport de l\u2019ONU <\/a>\u2014 la Banque de d\u00e9veloppement des \u00c9tats de l\u2019Afrique centrale (BDEAC) se distingue par son engagement \u00e0 transformer cette dynamique. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de son Conseil d\u2019administration du 13 novembre 2024, l\u2019institution a approuv\u00e9 un financement de 6,1 milliards FCFA pour soutenir des projets strat\u00e9giques dans les secteurs de la sant\u00e9 et de l\u2019agro-industrie. Cette initiative s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de son Plan strat\u00e9gique 2023-2027, baptis\u00e9 <strong>Azobe<\/strong>, qui vise \u00e0 promouvoir l\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e9conomique r\u00e9gionale tout en am\u00e9liorant les conditions de vie des populations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Longtemps rel\u00e9gu\u00e9s au second plan dans les priorit\u00e9s des \u00c9tats membres de la CEMAC, la sant\u00e9 et l\u2019agro-industrie retrouvent une attention particuli\u00e8re gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette initiative de la BDEAC. Ce financement r\u00e9pond \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis majeurs : am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins de sant\u00e9 pour renforcer la r\u00e9silience des syst\u00e8mes face aux crises sanitaires, et transformer durablement les cha\u00eenes de valeur agricoles pour promouvoir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois. L\u2019agro-industrie, identifi\u00e9e comme un levier strat\u00e9gique, repr\u00e9sente une opportunit\u00e9 pour r\u00e9duire les importations alimentaires et stimuler la production locale, tandis que des investissements en sant\u00e9 sont essentiels pour limiter la d\u00e9pendance aux infrastructures m\u00e9dicales \u00e9trang\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette nouvelle \u00e9tape traduit \u00e9galement les efforts de modernisation de la BDEAC. Depuis 2022, l\u2019institution a entrepris plusieurs r\u00e9formes structurelles, notamment l\u2019adoption d\u2019un nouveau r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur pour son Comit\u00e9 de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations et la mise en place d\u2019un guichet de finance islamique.
