Alors que les ambitions affich\u00e9es sont prometteuses, leur concr\u00e9tisation reste un d\u00e9fi majeur, avec une \u00e9ch\u00e9ance d\u00e9sormais fix\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin du premier semestre 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Brigade mixte CEMAC incarne une r\u00e9ponse aux dysfonctionnements chroniques entravant l\u2019int\u00e9gration sous-r\u00e9gionale : entraves \u00e0 la libre circulation&nbsp;; corruption aux fronti\u00e8res&nbsp;; et faible commerce intracommunautaire, qui plafonne \u00e0 3,5 % des \u00e9changes totaux. Con\u00e7ue pour \u00e9liminer les pratiques anormales sur les principaux corridors et encourager un transport fluide, cette unit\u00e9 communautaire repose sur une coordination complexe entre les six \u00c9tats membres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, la lenteur dans sa mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9v\u00e8le les d\u00e9fis structurels de la r\u00e9gion. Depuis l&rsquo;annonce initiale du projet, les \u00e9tapes de planification et de mobilisation des parties prenantes s&rsquo;accumulent sans qu&rsquo;une v\u00e9ritable phase op\u00e9rationnelle ne soit enclench\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de la r\u00e9union interminist\u00e9rielle tenue \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9 en novembre 2024, plusieurs obstacles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s : une faiblesse des infrastructures avec des corridors peu d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour soutenir une surveillance efficace&nbsp;; une coordination complexe (harmoniser les actions des six \u00c9tats membres, chacun ayant des priorit\u00e9s et des contraintes sp\u00e9cifiques, demeure un d\u00e9fi de taille)&nbsp;; un manque de financements ad\u00e9quats (la mise en place des dispositifs comme le num\u00e9ro vert ou des postes de contr\u00f4le modernes n\u00e9cessite des investissements cons\u00e9quents).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dorothy Bekolo Tataw, repr\u00e9sentante du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9conomie camerounais, a cependant r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 la volont\u00e9 du pays de jouer un r\u00f4le moteur dans l\u2019op\u00e9rationnalisation de cette brigade, soulignant son importance strat\u00e9gique pour le Cameroun et la sous-r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e9conomique en Afrique centrale, port\u00e9e par la Communaut\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et mon\u00e9taire de l\u2019Afrique centrale (CEMAC), avance \u00e0 petits pas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":5564,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[81,82],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5563","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news","category-sous-region"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 -
