Surtout d\u00e9voiler \u00e0 quoi vont servir les fonds r\u00e9colt\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019op\u00e9ration. La note d\u2019information distribu\u00e9e pendant la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, indique que la rondelette somme de 5 milliards de francs CFA, va permettre \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de micro finance de disposer des ressources n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement de sa croissance et partant, de pouvoir r\u00e9pondre efficacement aux besoins de financement inh\u00e9rents aux objectifs de son plan visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire sa d\u00e9pendance financi\u00e8re vis \u00e0 vis des bailleurs de fonds internationaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La p\u00e9riode de souscription des titres d\u00e9nomm\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;Acep Cameroun 7,00% Brut 2024-2027&nbsp;\u00bb &nbsp;&nbsp;s\u2019\u00e9tend du 30 d\u00e9cembre 2024 au 30 janvier 2025. Le syndicat de placement &nbsp;est compos\u00e9 de Attijari Securities Central &nbsp;Africa (Asca)&nbsp;; Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Capital Africa (SG Capital Cemac)&nbsp;; Upline Securities Central Africa S.A (Usca). Le nombre minimum de titres \u00e0 souscrire par investisseur est de10 obligations soit un montant de 100.000 (cent mille) FCFA, la valeur nominale du &nbsp;titre \u00e9tant de10.000 (dix mille) FCFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces titres seront d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9s, inscrits en compte aupr\u00e8s du d\u00e9positaire central unique et conserv\u00e9s dans les livres de teneurs de comptes agr\u00e9\u00e9es par la Cosumaf.
